4 Blocks from Historic Beaufort waterfront. Newly remodeled exterior and interior.Fenced in yard for fur babies. On and off street parking. Driveway is 50’ long, paved and gated. Fully stocked kitchen well equipped for the home chef. Full size washer and Dryer. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Wonderful backyard space with a ground level deck, gas grill and 100+ year old Live oak trees for shade. There is a 3 night minimum stay and check in/out cannot be on a holiday.

Lovely home.

I really loved this little house and the neighbors were very friendly. I needed a secure fence for my dog. While most of the fence goes to the ground, the front section of the fence and the gate had significant gaps where a small breed could easily get out. This caused stress for the dog and me since I could not let her run free in the yard, . so we left on the 2nd day of stay.

Solo female with dog

My dog and I LOVED this place. Here are my solo female traveler with 70 lb dog thoughts: Very Large grassy yard for dog to run. It was bigger than I expected and there is room for dogs to run circles around the whole property. Rare for that area. It was nice that the whole yard was fenced so that the front porch and parking area was within the fence. My dog was interested in going under the fence near the main gate, where there was a gap, I had to monitor her closely. For my personal safety, I was a bit uncomfortable with the fact that the house was on a corner (exposed on 2 sides) and the fence was low enough that someone could get over it. I admit that I am more nervous about this type of setting than many people are. I'm not used to being somewhere that has sidewalks and people walking by. Everyone that I spoke to who walked by was very friendly. I did not feel safe going out after dark. We were in the house for 2 days of rain and did not get cabin fever at all. The house is one big, uncluttered room plus a separate bedroom. It was all very comfortable. We were able to sit on the front porch during some of the rain. The area is excellent for walking the dog and it was an easy walk to the waterfront and main historic area. Historic Grounds coffee shop was just a block away. They have coffee, tea, other beverages and great pastries.

A great cottage

Our stay in this cottage was fantastic. It was clean, provided beach towels, bikes, and a grill. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog! You are also only a short walk from the water where you can take ferries to the many islands. I highly recommend staying here if you are thinking of taking a trip to Beaufort!!!

Cute Getaway In Beaufort!

Such a good value for money! Great walking distance to coffee shops, an amazing bakery and ferries. It's also PERFECT for dogs. The fenced yard was awesome and our dog loved zooming around. They also provide food/water dishes and dog towels :) Love that they also provided beach towels, bikes, and more for the humans. It's a perfect spot for a couple. The only downside was the front door lock took a few tries to get it to work right but we figured it out quickly.

Lovely cottage for 2 and dogs

Enjoyed a long weekend in Beaufort at this lovely, clean property. Our dogs loved the spacious yard. The house provided everything we needed during our stay and more. The filtered water system is a nice touch. Nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors in walking distance to the Front Street area. Check out Blackbeards for great food during your stay!
