Welcome to this beautiful 5 bedroom home in the heart of Larchmont. The warm, bright and charming space offers an updated interior and large fenced yard. The first floor offers a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining area, large eat-in kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (including the primary) with wonderful light and views. Located near Murray Avenue Elementary School, train and Larchmont shops. The home is currently set up at a 4 bedroom + 5th bedroom/office. Every other week housekeeping is included. Please advise us in advance of any pets arriving as there is a separate pet fee depending on the numbers/type of pets.
