About this property

Cozy cottage for 4 people with Wi-Fi.

You see here our approximately 72 square meters apartment.
The last partial renovation took place in the spring of 2019
The apartment has a separate entrance and a spacious hallway. The living room is equipped with LED TV, DVD player and music system, comfortable seating area and day bed (90 x 200).
WLAN with up to 20Mbits is also available.

Cot and high chair are available.

The kitchen has a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher, microwave and all necessary utensils and appliances, such as coffee maker, Senseo, kettle and toaster.
In the kitchen up to 4 people can sit comfortably at the table. In the daylight bath you have the choice between shower and bathtub. Terry towels and bathrobes are provided.

Upstairs is a cozy bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200), wardrobe and seating. The beds are suitable for allergic persons.
The windows are all provided with exterior shutters.
An LED TV and DVD player also provides for relaxation.
In addition, there is a small terrace with table and 4 chairs available, which you can also use for barbecues and smoking.
An electric grill is available.

In the apartment smoking is not allowed.

Dog, cat & flea unfortunately have to stay at home.

Car parking spaces are right in front of the house.

Gerne schließe ich mich den anderen Bewertungen an. Das Häuschen ist schön, sehr gepflegt und wirklich sehr sauber. Es ist in der Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die kleine Terrasse liegt am Abend im Schatten, so hält man es auch bei höheren Temperaturen aus. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Wilhelmshaven. Etwas Autoverkehr hat man in den frühen Morgenstunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und ggf. auch Fußläufig erreichbar (knappe zehn Minuten zum Rewe). Wer an den Strand möchte, braucht auf jeden Fall das Auto. Ich kann das Häuschen nur empfehlen, da es super gepflegt ist.

Super schöne und total gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Hier hat man alles was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Sauberkeit und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und Ihrem Mann. Diese Ferienwohnung war ein Highlight und wir können sie jedem nur empfehlen. Sehr ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr schnell zu erreichen.

Urlaub im September 2023

Elly's Gästehaus war eine sehr schöne, gemütlich eingerichtete Fewo, mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Besonders her orzuheben war die absolute Sauberkeit in der gesamten Wohnung. Es gab nichts, was nicht vorhanden war - von sämtlichen Küchenutensielein, über alle Reinigungsmittel, Handtücher etc. Alles war in großen Mengen vorhanden. Die Betten waren super. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, aber wegen überwiegend nicht guter Radwege, sind die nicht zu empfehlen. Unsere Vermieter sind herzliche, nette Menschen, die auch gerne den ein oder anderen Tipp geben.

Es ist eine sehr gemütlich eingerichte Wohnung und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt einen separaten Eingang und eine Außenterrasse.
