On the eastern edge of Lubmins, directly on the beach on a beach dune at the forest is the built shortly before the millennium residential complex "Blaumuschel", which also houses a small restaurant (reopening approx. During a visit to the Blaumuschel holiday complex, you will discover the charming landscape between the forest and the sea, which has retained its originality. No city noise but quiet and idyllic beach life. The beach with its fine-grained sand attracts guests all year round. The adjacent pine forest provides peace and relaxation. The apartment complex Blaumuschel has a unique location right on the beautiful beach with stunning views over the Baltic Sea to the island of Rügen. The apartment is located on the first floor on the north and west side of the house, offering large views of the sea through large glass windows, about 70 square meters apartment 35 has bathroom with shower, two bedrooms and a spacious living room with sofa, Dining area for up to 6 people and a kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster). The larger living room and one bedroom have access to the northwest facing balcony and are often the scene of beautiful sunsets. Pets are welcome. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Blaumuschel 8b 35 - Einzigartiger Blick

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Den fehlenden Korkenzieher haben wir ersetzt ;-). Der Blick auf den Bodden ist einfach wunderschön, die Nähe zum Strand unbezahlbar. Für eine Wohnung in dieser Preisklasse würden wir uns allenfalls noch etwas bequemere Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmerbereich wünschen. Wenn das Wetter schön ist, vermisst man ein bequemes Sofa nicht, aber bei Schietwetter schon.

Top Lage, tolle Aussicht, Wohnung wunderschön... das einzige was vielleicht mal erneuert werden könnte, sind die Tische.! Fernsehtisch und Esstisch haben Ihre Jahre weit hinter sich gebracht.Tip ; Tische mit einer Sicherheitsglasplatte sehen auch noch nach 10 Jahren toll aus!

Helle, geräumige, saubere Wohnung. Gute Aussicht auf Strand und Wasser. Gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Die 2 Einzelbetten ( oder Doppelstockbett) sind eine totale Fehlkonstuktion. Bei jeder Bewegung Knarr-und Quitschgeräusche. Stört nicht nur einen selbst, sondern auch den Mitreisenden. In der Dusche wäre ein Haltergriff praktisch gewesen, da es sehr glatt mit Shampoo und Duschbad wird. (Unfallgefahr). Manchmal sind es nur die kleinen Dinge, die einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausmachen. So zum Beispiel ein Gummipuffer an der Wand hinter dem geöffneten WC-Deckel. Hinter den Türklinken an der Wand gibt es sie schon. Mit den abgestellten Mängeln wäre es ein schöner Urlaub geworden.

Hervorragende Lage mit einem völlig freien Blick auf die Ostsee

Beste Lage - direkt am Strand - mit Restaurant im Objekt Tolle Betreuung sowohl von der Reiseagentur in der Vorbereitung als auch vom Objektbetreuer vor Ort - und das trotz Corona - ein dickes Lob an alle Beteiligten Nicht ganz so toll ist jedoch des weitere Umfeld / die Verwaltung des Ortes Lubmin zu bewerten: das Ordnungsamt ist mit Falschparkertiketts schneller als die Polizei erlaubt - habe meine gehbehinderte Mutter nur erstmal in ein Café zum Sitzplatz begleitet und als ich wieder raus kam, um einen Parkschein zu lösen, hatte ich bereits einen Strafzettel am Auto. Mal abgesehen davon, dass in der zu zahlenden Kurtaxe vielleicht die Parkgebühren im Ort selbst frei sein könnten, sollte das Ordnungsamt ihr Personal lieber die unzähligen Hundebesitzer abmahnen, die trotz Verbot am Strand mit ihren Hunden rumlaufen und sich nicht darum scheren, was ihre Lieblinge da so hinterlassen oder allzu freizügige Badefreunde, die es nicht bis zum FKK Bereich schaffen und sich zwischen den ganzen Familien mit Kindern produzieren.
