Apartment Michael 3 room apartment with balcony and indescribable sea view

The apartment Michael is a newly furnished 3 room apartment with 70 m² and balcony with sea view where 4 adults and 2 children can comfortably find space for vacation. Enjoy the view from the balcony. Pets like dogs or cats are welcome to bring along. For these, an additional fee of € 5 per day will be charged. You can also register your reserved parking space and receive it just for you for € 5 per day.

Apartment Michael is available with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen equipment includes:

Fire blanket, cutlery, pots, plates, glasses, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with the initial equipment of 10 capsules, dishwasher with cleaning tabs, oven and 4 hotplates.

We have also installed a waste separation system. We ask you to comply with it and separate it as follows:

Yellow is plastic - Red is paper - Green metal - You will find the residual waste bin under the sink. We kindly ask you to put the sacks available in all the buckets.

In the living room you will find the following equipment:

LCD TV with satellite TV and antenna (Croatian, German, English channels), DVD player, board games, air conditioning, underfloor heating, sofa that you can convert into a double bed if necessary. You will also find the ironing board and iron here.

The two bedrooms are each with a 140 x 200 bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps and wardrobe, or Coat hook system equipped.

In the bathroom you will find some amenities:

Washing machine up to 6 kg, glass shower screen, shower toilet, hair dryer, initial equipment toilet paper (2 rolls), rubbish bin

In the entrance area in the box on the right side you will find brooms, brooms, cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaners should you ever need anything.
This air-conditioned apartment features a kitchen and satellite TV.
