You will reach via a podium of 5 steps into a bright winter garden (all day sun), the living room with 2 comfortable armchairs, coffee table and flat screen TV. The separate galley kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and utensils for daily use. The bedroom with double bed (180x200) dessert, reading lamps and wardrobe is separated by a lamella curtain from the living room. The beds are made for you. The laundry initial equipment with bed linen and towels is already included in the rent. The service of the house includes: a free towel change after 7 nights. A bright indoor bathroom with sink, large shower (120x90cm), toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer.   In the beautiful landscaped garden, each apartment has its own, furnished seating area with beach chair. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.

A Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit can be shared on the property. A free parking space is available directly at the property.   With regard to subsequent guests, smoking is not allowed in this property. Pets are not allowed here!
