Problem war, dass das weder Appartement noch Parkplatz mit einer Nummer gekennzeichnet sind. Bei Anruf erhielt ich folgende Auskunft:"Kingeln Sie doch einfach irgendwo im Haus, da wohnen ganz liebe Menschen, die können Ihnen bestimmt sagen, um welches Appartement es sich handelt, leider war ich noch nie dort. Ich rufe sie dann morgen nochmal an." (dieser Anruf erfolgte leider nicht). Der Kühlschrank ist so laut, dass er die ganze Nacht knackt und brummt. An guten Schlaf nicht zu denken.

Sehr geehrter Gast, im Mietvertrag ist die Appartementnummer ausgewiesen. Diese steht normalerweise auch an der Wohnung. Wir werden prüfen ob die Nummer abhanden gekommen ist. Nochmals bitten wir um Entschuldigung und werden die Beschriftung prüfen. Den Mangel des Kühlschrankes geben wir an den Eigentümer weiter damit er sich drum kümmert. Vielen Dank für Ihre Kritik, wir geloben Besserung.
