Come visit us in our completely renovated, approximately 32 m² apartment.

The apartment is equipped with a modern built-in kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, and a ceramic cooktop.


In the living area, a cosy sofa and a box-spring bed invite you to relax and unwind.

Built-in closets, a dining table, a flat-screen TV, a digital radio, blackout curtains, and privacy pleats round out the apartment’s tasteful furnishings.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, and a towel warmer.

The apartment’s floor is tiled with natural stone, and the walls are finished with high-quality antique plaster.

For a cosy end to the day, the south-facing balcony invites you to relax with a small beach chair, a table with two wooden chairs, and a parasol.

Your pet is, of course, also welcome in this home.

For laundry, you can use the shared washing machine and dryer in the basement. You can park your car in a parking space belonging to the apartment behind the building.

There’s a bakery in the building that treats you to delicious rolls for breakfast, and for outings into nature, there’s also a bike rental service right in the apartment building.

A bus stop, taxi rank, a pharmacy, Feinkost Meyer, and the Budnikowsky chemist are also just a few minutes’ walk away.

The beautiful beach, just a few hundred metres away, is so close that you can hear the sound of the sea in the evening.
