Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Sehr schöne, saubere und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. Zum Strand ist man in ca. 10 Minuten gelaufen. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Reibungsloser Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.
Etwas lauter durch die gut befahrene Straße direkt am Ferienhaus aber das störte uns nicht, da wir uns tagsüber in der Ferienwohnung nicht aufgehalten haben. Abends und Nachts war es ruhig.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Straßenlärm im schönen Zinnowitz
Lage der Fewo im Ort sehr ungünstig, Autoverkehr am Objekt und im Ort nicht zeitgemäß, sehr laut, auch nachts an der vielbefahrenen Pflasterstraße, wo die Geschwindigkeit von Max. 30 km/h nicht eingehalten wird, es gibt keinerlei verkehrsberuhigte Zonen, autofrei oder elektrisch findet nicht statt;
Die Fewo ist für 4 Personen nicht geeignet! Einfachste Ausstattung und die Räume sind zu klein, bes. Schlafzimmer. Einzig das Bad ist okay, leider ohne Fenster!
Mietpreis deshalb zu hoch!
Die Betreuung ist gut!
