Die Ferienwohnung war sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was uns sehr fehlte war die Wasch und Spülmaschine. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage eine teure Angelegenheit. Bäder sind sehr klein gewesen. Was mit 2 kleinen Kindern manchmal eine Herausforderung war. Der Vermieter ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender, sehr hilfsbereiter Mensch . Top Lage, Strand sehr nah,4 Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem würden wir diese Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Würden auch erneut dort selbst buchen. Bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Sie können hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen, wenn Sie Spaß daran haben, dass Ihr Vermieter Sie beschimpft, täglich neue "Verbote" ausspricht und Sie am Ende beschuldigt, die sichtlich abgenutzte und abgewohnte Wohnung nachhaltig beschädigt zu haben. Ach ja, Kinder sind hier NICHT erwünscht. Besucher (Freunde, auch nicht 4-jährige Kinder) nicht gestattet und Tischtennisplatte und Grill kann man sich vom Balkon aus vielleicht anschauen, aber sicher nicht nutzen. Ein paar Details: der Wind klappt ständig die Türen zu (die Zargen sind schon sichtverschraubt, die Türblätter beschädigt, Marke Eigenbau) beschuldigt werden die Kinder, die Matratzen sind ca. 50 Jahre alte, vom Gewicht her leben in jeder vermutlich 20kg Milben, abgezogen sind sowohl Kissen als auch Matratzen stark verschmutzt; Elektrogeräte sind nur teilweise wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden und nicht alle funktionsfähig. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie auf ein Übergabeprotokoll bestehen, wenn Sie die Wohnung übernehmen. Der Vermieter erhebt bei Ankunft unangekündigt eine Barkaution von 200€. Bereits am vierten Tag hat er uns informiert, dass er uns diese nicht zurück gibt, denn wie würden seine Türen nicht angemessen schließen. Uns wurden letzten Endes Risse in der Wand, Schäden an den Fensterläden, an Sanitärgegenstände, an Türen und so weiter angelastet. Die 200€ Kaution haben wir nicht wieder bekommen. Definitiv keine Empfehlung von uns. Wir sind wirklich nicht anspruchsvoll, aber wir haben uns während der Zeit einige andere Wohnungen angeschaut, weil wir überlegt haben zu wechseln - bessere Ausstattung, ähnliche Lage, gleicher Preis, keine Extrakaution. Meine klare Empfehlung, weitersuchen. So etwas wie hier habe ich noch nie erlebt - allein die Beschimpfungen und die ständige Präsenz des Vermieters IN der Wohnung haben mir den Urlaub wirklich versaut.

Urlaub mit Kindern

Wir haben hier Urlaub als Familie gemacht. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sauber, hat alles was man braucht. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge und direkt am Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.
