Our meticulously maintained, tri-level, eclectic home is nestled in the southern part of the city. Within minutes, arrive at some of Pittsburgh's favorite neighborhoods, including our world-famous stadiums. This special place is our actual home & close to almost everything, making it easy to plan your visit. ***Cancellations due to inclement weather are not allowed. PACK 'N PLAY CRIB/PLAYPEN, & BABY GATES available at the property. Please Note: Owners will not be held responsible for any accidents resulting from children climbing on the front & back walls/hill as it is clearly prohibited, using the baby gates, high chair, foldable crib or Pac 'n Play. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Our home is a NO PET property due to a family member suffering from severe alergies. A SERVICE ANIMAL is welcome BUT If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek a pet fee of $500.00 for extra pet fur cleaning which will be charged through the rental platform.
Under the ADA regulations, service dogs must be harnessed, leased or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or the individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal by voice, signal or other effective controls & NEVER left alone in the house. Although we do not charge a pet fee for a service animal, the owner is liable for ANY & ALL damage(s) as a result of the animal as well as cleaning fecal matter & disposing of it properly.
Before your arrival, please make sure that you read the "House Rules" thoroughly. CONFIRMATION to the host must be received before the booking is accepted. NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere, no recreational drugs, no firearms & no conducting business.

There is a working Ring Doorbell/camera at the front door, working Simplisafe camera above the garage, a working built-in camera in the ceiling garage door opener & a working Simplisafe camera at the back of the house monitoring the level of the pond water. In the cold weather, a floating, electric warming device is used to keep the ice melted on the pond & the goldfish cozy!!! No other cameras are in use. Pls do not turn the security system off. The key pad by the thermostate is only for our use. Cameras are on for your safety & ours.
CHECK-IN time is 4pm, CHECK-OUT time is 11am or before. If you have the time & feel like it, please place used bed linens/towels in the laundry room & dirty dishes in the dish washer. Cleaners will start the loads. Please check to see that you have all of your belongings. We ask that you make sure all lights & fans are off, outside doors are locked, & garage door is closed.
