Great little property

Great little property while visiting family, enjoyed the proximity of I Intown comforts. Quick drive from other locations and activities. House was extremely clean and well put together has all the comforts of home.

Clean, Comfortable, Cute.

Brookie Inn was just the place to stay during our visit with family in the area. Location was easy to find, close to town and I think it was the cleanest place we have stayed in!! Everything worked and was decorated in fishing theme that fit the area of Flippin. It was perfect! Thank you Ben and Ashley. Kenneth and Ann

I traveled from Arizona to Arkansas with my 91 yr old father. We met my sister & her husband for a 3-day weekend with a funeral. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house was very clean & well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Everything we needed. Ben was a big help with the thermostat (I'm tech-illiterate). The hosts are awesome. Thank you so much!

Would rent again.

Property was clean and well stocked. The dishwasher was broke. There was a camera plugged in under a table in the living room. We unplugged it. Neighborhood was very quiet.

That wasn't a camera that's allows us the owner watch the outside the property and allows us to lock and unlock the front door. Please next time ask before unplugging items

Great Location

House was clean and kitchen very well stocked with essentials. Backyard is large and mostly fenced with a nice big shade tree to relax under. Neighbors are mostly friendly and respectful. Close to a park and less than 15 min drive from Bull Shoals and White River. Overall everything we were looking for after our original booking had to cancel. Mattress in primary bedroom needs replaced it has a large soft spot that aggravated my back problems.

Thank you Catheryn for letting us know that the master bed was a both to you. As of for now we added a thick pillow top mattress cover to the mattress for now. Eventually we will have a king in that room.
