Underground parking, wellness area with swimming pool, sauna and infrared cabin. Beach. The residence Hohe Lith is located near the beach (100 m) directly behind the dike in a traffic-calmed street in Cuxhaven-Duhnen.
The village square in Duhnen, the heated seawater outdoor pool "Steinmarne" (5 min.) And the beach house Döse are in the immediate vicinity, and within walking distance. The bus stop with connection to Cuxhaven and the other districts is very close. In the center is the year-round open seawater surf pool "Ahoi".
