Relax in our family friendly private home after a day at beautiful Ponquogue Beach at this charming comfortable corner lot home with large deck, private backyard w/kayak, SUP & canoe to use across the street in Tiana Bay. House is South of 27, a short drive to beautiful Ponquogue Beach (beach pavillion w/outdoor showers and snack bar) close to town for shopping and Hampton Bays many waterfront restaurants & train to NYC, and to North and South Fork Wineries. Just 10 minutes from Southampton Youth Services Complex summer camps. House has 2 downstairs queen bedrooms with one full bath, upstairs primary King bedroom with en suite bath, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. and all have blackout shades. Central air, well stocked kitchen with sliders to deck, two grills (gas and charcoal), large outdoor shower, fire pit, two beach bikes and plenty of parking. Remote work options include desks with 3 monitors. Short drive to Westhampton and Southampton Villages for great restaurants, shopping and additional Dune Road Beaches. Very convenient location for all that the Hamptons have to offer at a reasonable lodging price!

Comfortable House in Ideal Location

We spent a beautiful August week at Jenni's house! We love Ponquogue Beach, and it was a short drive away from this house. Our group included two families, each with one school age child. It worked perfectly for one family to take the downstairs bedrooms and the other to take the upstairs. The rooms are all comfortable with great blackout shades and plenty of storage space. We did lots of cooking/grilling at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard and deck were the perfect place to relax after days at the beach. While we didn't use the Bay access at all while there, it's a huge perk, and makes for a nice view. Jenni made the check in/out process super easy, and was a gracious host. We'd highly recommend staying here!
