At the Riverfront you have great dining, the Delaware Children's Museum, IMAX theatre, Jack Markell Bike trails along the water, Chase Center at the Riverfront Stadium, Mini Golf, Daniel S. Frawley Stadium, and much more.

Lovely short stay in Wilmington

La'Tonia was very friendly and communicative throughout our stay! Her place was as advertised and clean. It was perfect for our dogs with the fenced in yard and there was a big park down the street for walks.

Pleasant Stay

We had a very nice stay! The property was clean and well-maintained in a good location a close drive to the riverfront area. There was a bit of a musty smell when we first arrived, but it was quickly aired out by turning on the AC and window units. Overall, a great option for a stay in the Wilmington area!

Very Nice Place

We came down for a lacrosse tournament and originally was going to bring down our dog, so we found this place. Did not bring the dog, but really enjoyed our stay. Host was very attentive, house was clean and well set up, location was great for us. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would make people aware of is that the neighborhood can be a bit noisy at night.

Cute and Convenient

The house is an older home but very clean and pleasant. Property manager was informative and sent messages through every step of the process which was great. I'm familiar with the location and it's great for those who don't mind a little city atmosphere. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay.

This place was great and beautiful and we enjoyed it the time that we were there. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The yard was the perfect size for my dog. La’Tonia was a great host and she answered all my questions and things that I needed to know. We had no issue at this place at all. The only thing I was sketchy about was when it was late at night and people were walking around but it wasn’t really all that bad and not a big concern to not wanna stay here. I would recommend this house to anyone it was a great place

Wonderful Wilmington Row House

This property is perfect for a family with furry friends.! La’Tonia provided a quick and easy check-in process. The home has all the essentials you’ll need; La’Tonia even provided hotel style soaps and shampoos as well as a few snacks, which was much appreciated. The back yard was locked by the wooden gate, which was a bit disappointing. To be fair, I never bothered to ask La’Tonia about accessing the yard. Perhaps she could have provided access to the yard if asked . Overall, this is a great place to stay!

Don’t book!

Apartment had a terrible smell that gave me severe migraines. I ended up leaving within ten minutes of arriving to the home and booking a hotel. Host refused to refund me when I could not respond promptly to her messages due to a religious holiday that prohibits the use of phones. We reached out both VRBO and the host, both who refused to help us at all. Terrible experience all around.
