This place had great parking, we were super happy with the house! Only downside was two of the rooms didn't have blinds, so the moon was bright during the night. Everything else was great!
We had a fantastic stay in Rainier! Our first Pacific Northwest trip. The house was above and beyond our expectations. Beautiful views and a quiet neighborhood. The owners were friendly and available for all of our needs

Deborah and her Family were wonderful guests and left our home in perfect shape! We hope to host them again some day should their travels bring them this way.
As soon as we turned down into the very private driveway, even the kids said “WOW”. It’s beautiful inside and out, very private, very well set up and peaceful. The owner was responsive, helpful and kind. I’m looking forward to going back someday. Thank you!
This property was exactly as advertised. Clean, remote-ish but close enough to Longview to make it the LCC baseball field in 15 min (we were there to watch our son play baseball for the Cowlitz Black Bears). Kitchen had everything you would need. Check-in and check-our were super easy Only small complaint is that just staying on a small part of the property felt restrictive. We get not wanting guests to use their hot tub. No worries there, but putting up barriers to access the lower lawn, etc. just made it slightly less than perfectOverall, a great family vacation spot to access the surrounding area/nature
An amazing home to be with sisters and their spouses for our parents funeral. The home had great space, amazing kitchen and beautiful views. Each couple enjoyed a separate bedroom. A few of our adult children also stayed for a few days. There was plenty of room for family gatherings, playing games and eating together. Also, room to park the cars. The house is quite large with an excellent patio for outdoor gathering. The area is very private and quite peaceful. There is an RO unit to provide excellent drinking water. The host was very quick to respond to questions and needs. We would certainly stay here a again. One caution, with three levels, there are a lot of stairs to traverse.

Beautiful property. Disappointed to learn that the hot tub listed on the website was off limits to guests. Use of the hairdryer in the master bath caused breaker to trip causing loss pf power for upstairs each time it was used. The long list of "Donts" in the welcome package said we could not go downstairs where the breakers were, so we had to wait an hour or two for someone to restore the power. We had some kind of email glitch resulting in us not getting the information package on how to access property until late afternoon the day before arrival, after having to call VRBO.
That said, the furnishings were very unique and interesting. The musical CD selection was great for those of us born before 1965. This was the first house I have ever been in with a framed picture of my old friend, Alfred E. Newman. The guitars were a nice touch and are both now tuned, although one guitar is missing the high E string. And yes, the spider in the box worked just as you would have hoped, causing a huge adrenaline spike to me, and delighting my two grandsons when they came to visit.
We stayed at the house with some of our adult children and grandchildren. We really enjoyed the outdoor space for eating meals as it was a bit stuffy in the house. There are several indoor spaces where we could spread out. The biggest drawback is that two of the bedrooms and the study we used for sleeping do not have window coverings. This made it hard for everyone, but especially the children, to get adequate sleep
We're a board of directors for a small nonprofit and used this space for our board retreat. The house was in great condition when we arrived, had a perfect setup for what we needed, and was in a quiet area with lovely sunset views from the patio/sunroom. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and responsive - she even brought us fresh veggies from their garden for dinner! Definitely recommend, definitely would stay again.
