Covered Parking! You will be sitting on the beach in minutes with a two block walk or golf cart ride. Enjoy the great location of this corner lot home in Laguna Beach. You can't beat the breeze from the gulf while sitting on the porch. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are just a short drive away.

Inside the home...
This home has 2 bedrooms, and 1 full bath. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed.
Step out onto the front porch to enjoy the afternoon breeze, or a pleasant morning having breakfast and sipping coffee.

Outside the home...
When you are ready to go, we have provided a golf cart, and it is just a short ride to the donut shop or grocery store. There’s a place to hang out and get a break from the sun underneath the house. Relax on the couch or play ping pong.

The home is on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, and a quick drive to pier park.

What a bonus to have Carousel Market at the end of our street. It has groceries, prepared food, beach toys, wine, liquor, and a gift shop that sells clothes and art. Thomas Donut & Snack Shop is 0.4 of a mile. Dairy Queen is 0.5 of a mile. Back Beach BBQ 0.5 of a mile. If you are flying in, the home is only 15 minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches INTL Airport. Come and Enjoy!

Another great year

Other than a door code that didn’t work everything was wonderful. This was our 6th year of staying here. We always have a good time, new owners were very nice to deal with as well. Thanks for another great year at Laguna beach.
