Welcome to the perfect beach home for your family. Fun Home is a spacious, beautifully decorated Gulf-front home that offers a warm Florida welcome to the vacationing family. The TLC of its owners is apparent in the furnishings and décor, and there is plenty of room for family fun and entertainment. You're going to love being able to walk right out the back door and head to the beach.

The main house offers the lovely beachfront view in both the great room and the colorful master bedroom. There is a second bedroom that is spacious and comfortable. The third bedroom and bath offer privacy in the adjoining cottage, but it is only steps away from the main house. This separate cottage includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, DVD and a stack washer and dryer.

We are thrilled to include a Free Beach Set Up with your rental through our partnership with Vacayzen. Grab a seat in style with our free beach chair set up – two comfy chairs and a cool umbrella. You now have one less thing to worry about as you plan out your vacation with Benchmark Management!

* Guests must be 25 years or older to rent. Those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
* Parking for 4 cars (strictly enforced).

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The perfect beach house for the family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house with a great location on the beach. This house works out perfect for us. Has very easy access, single story and the beach being right out the back door makes it perfect for my wife who has major back issues and my son who is disabled. Other than some of the furniture throughout the house needing to be repaired/replaced/updated the house is the perfect beach house and we will continue to rent when we can.

This house was appalling. The water to the cottage house was turned off which meant my sister had to come inside in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and also use our shower. This was a situation that y'all were aware of but didn't let us know ahead of time. The black mold from the leak caused her eyes to swell up and she had to sleep on the couch. The smell was terrible. The dishwasher was broken the whole time so we had to hand wash everything and we cook every meal so it took a big chunk out of our time. How does a management company not have a plumber who works for them? This place hasn't been deep cleaned in forever. The couch was sewn back together. And it was obvious that we needed to wash all the dishes before using them. The previous renters have thrown up in the driveway and that was there to greet us when we pulled up. I messaged the management company to tell them of all of the problems but they just responded with "we'll just pass this along to the appropriate people"
