Life's a Beach has plenty of space. This 3000 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located directly on the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach. Come enjoy stunning views of the Gulf and picture perfect sunsets. Life's a Beach has plenty of space and boasts 2 huge Living Rooms - one for the kids and one beachfront for the adults! Life's a Beach has a beautiful kitchen with an enormous kitchen island for your family dinners and entertaining.

The open floor plan extends from the kitchen into a grand room. The grand room has a table that easily seats 8 for dining and many more at the kitchen island. The sitting area has comfortable furnishings for either enjoying the breathtaking views or just laying back and watching some TV.

The bedrooms are decorated with colors inspired by beach living that are not only inviting but relaxing as well. The master bedroom has a king bed with bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a king bed with bathroom. 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed 4th bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and a bath

A month on the beach

The property was everything we had hoped. There were a few minor issues during the first few days, but Ben's and the owner himself checked in with us to get everything fixed (low water pressure) immediately. The service was far superior to what we had previously experienced. And it's right on the beach.

Perfect family getaway!

Perfect for 1 or 2 families!! My favorite part of the house was the huge paved patio with fenced in sides. It felt very private and secure. Beach access was great as well. And it’s just far enough from the main tourist spot that you won’t get caught up in the craziness, but also close enough to drive in real quick for a dinner, lunch, mini-golf, etc. The house is very well kept, everything about check in/out, and communication was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it!

This is an older home but only 100 steps to the water! Houses on both sides which meant less people! Covered porch was nice when it rained, which only rained an hour of our total stay! Great Spring Break

The house, patio, and location was perfect. Loved the easy access to the beach. House was clean and had everything we could ask for. Spring break college partiers next door were an issue and contacted owners about noise and crowd and was better the rest of the week. Would definitely stay again.
