Wonderful family vacation

We stayed here my husband my mother our 4 children ranging 13-20 years of age and a wheel chair bound individual making the open living space easy for care the large windows to the ocean easy for view flat porch and easy beach access made this a great experience for us all the home was beautiful and well kept we would stay here again!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

This was a family gathering for Thanksgiving ‘22. Property was exactly as pictured. Blue Swell management was great. Very conenient and right on the beach. We have used VRBO several times and they have always been great to deal with.

Pretty Darn Flawless!

The house was perfect for me and my friends on a beach escape! The house was very clean, good rooms/beds/baths, great deck, no utility/management issues, swift check-out chores, and nothing misleading from the listing. It’s just far enough from the crowded area of PCB, but still close to everything needed. The only “bummer” was that the neighboring house’s dining room lights were so bright that they’d light up the back deck and entire beach at night if they left them on which kinda spoiled the starry nights… aside from that… flawless stay and we’d definitely go back again!

The location was great, the house had plenty of room. Loved the big windows on the beach side. A few minor things could have been checked that a clean up crew could easily miss... Light bulb over table was burnt out and one in an upstairs bathroom. the dryer took a long time to dry clothes, but noticed the dryer vent behind dryer was long and curved, so probably just stopped up some.

Beach is a few steps away and was great to listen to the waves. All the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen/living area was wonderful for all of us to gather in. Lots of parking for all of us that drove. ONLY thing is that there is not any beach towels nor beach chairs. For a family or group that all flies, this would a nice addition.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of 13 was initially planned, but one family couldn't make it. So we had four adults and four kids splitting this stellar place. The location was perfect, and the beach was not crowded at all. The patio and hot tub were amazing. We loved the washoff stations and doors leading directly into bathrooms. There was ample parking away from the street. There was much less traffic than down near the Seaside/Seacrest area. The property was very well maintained; I have no complaints at all. The management service was responsive and maintenance had to come by for a small ant problem but fixed it quickly. We highly recommend this place to families with both small and older children. We're already trying to plan a time to come back next year!

We had plenty of room and beds for everyone. The outdoor shower was a plus. There are several tvs which makes it much easier with lots of people wanting to watch different things. There is an extra frig downstairs that really helped us store drinks and ice. It's very close to a store, Thomas Donuts, Carousel groceries, and several restaurants. Would stay here again in a minute.

Best place we have ever stayed

Such a wonderful home! It felt like a home. Beds weee super comfortable plenty of seating for relaxing with TWO living rooms. TWO refrigerators allowed us to reduce trips to the store. Everything worked, didn’t have to call for any assistance. And steps to the beach! You have ONE step down and that meant a lot to me because I have a bad ankle. We were able to park FIVE vehicles in driveway. Two FULL size trucks, two SUVs and a car! Private entrances to bedrooms on side of house and two outdoor showers and two hoses. It exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend.

very nice place to stay with our family

The house was super cute and fun. It was roomy and comfortable. It is lacking kitchen tools for the size it can host. Additional spare blankets would be helpful as it got cold at nights in November. Bring your own beach towels and any kind of beach needs as it has none available. We had some hard conversation with the management company because of lack of communication regarding access to the beach, there was a beach renovation going on if you're not local there's no reason to have know this, which we didn't and we were not told, after several hard emails they offered a 6.4% refund. The cleaning crew missed some things; found pee on a toilet and hair on another, but the rest of the house looked clean. However, the maintenance was very fast, we had a broken door knob, we submitted a repair request through the app and they were there right away. All these things can be worked around, overall the house itself was a very nice place to stay with our family, we would rent again.

Beautiful home for family memories!

This property location is beautiful, we loved the view and the deck with ample seating for a large family! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens for our large party. We were missing the second refrigerator shown in the listing pictures and we had a large party, so having that extra space would have helped us. Overall, the home was clean, but we were not prepared for the house to be in the middle of a renovation when we arrived. The new paint looked great, but there were boards laying around, plastic covering windows and many outlets, door knobs and miscellaneous items not put back together/missing upon arrival. We were missing all window coverings in several bedrooms which made sleeping past sunrise more difficult. We also found boards with nails sticking out of them along the porch and side of house which were safety hazards for our young children. Thankfully we found them and no one got hurt! A heads up on renovations in the future will be helpful for guests before they arrive. Being right on the beach is a luxury and we loved spending the mornings drinking coffee on the porch- so peaceful! We enjoyed our stay and made lovely holiday memories as a family. Thank you!

You cant beat being right on the beach and looking out at the water anytime you please. I really enjoyed sitting out on the spacious deck that overlooked the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. It helped that the weather was perfect. The company Blue Swell that we rented the property from was great to work with. From the moment we made the reservation they were a pleasure to work with. They made the entire process very easy and were available to answer any questions my family had. It was very convenient having an app on our phones that provided all of our check in and departure information. You are provided a door code to access the property. There are no keys to keep up with or try to share with everyone which is really cool. Our experience was stress free and so relaxing. We have already re booked the property again for next year. I didnt want to miss out on being able to do this again with my family. Thanks again Blue Swell. Your team is awesome!

Our Favorite House in PCB

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, accommodates our girls group of 10 perfectly, plenty of parking. Low density area so beach is not crowded. Amazing entry courtyard, Uniquely decorated. Basically one stair to enter and one to the sand. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach. There is a grocery within a couple of blocks "The Carosel" has everything you need and more plus great gift shop and liquor store. Management was courteous and responded immediately to a minor problem we had even though it wasn't an emergency. There was a shortage of silverware, only 9 forks and no bottle opener was reported, we just bought our own. There are two refrigerators but no ice maker. Big disappointment was when I called to reserve again for next year, which would have been our sixth visit, the rates had more than doubled. I was told that there were no discounts for returning guest because of high demand. This was our first time dealing with Blue Swell as we had always dealt directly with the previous owner. Apparently the house was sold recently and under new management. Our group will miss this house tremendously as it felt like a second home to us. It's a great vacation house!

The ocean was visible from the kitchen, family room and three bedrooms. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. The only issue we had were the love bugs. In one of the bedrooms there were hundreds of dead bugs in two bedrooms. We called maintenance but they didn't come until the next morning. We swept them up but a few would still get in somehow. They didn't bite and we were told that it was mating season for them and they were all around the area. We didn't let that stop us from enjoying the house and having a good time.we did the bonfire which was awesome! Mention Blue Swell and receive 10% off!

Blue swell on the beach, a beautiful vacation!

This home was just what we needed! We had more room than necessary because one of the families could not come however we decided to keep the vacation and we were glad we did. Everyone had privacy they needed and also time together as well. The views of the beach from the windows and the decks were just gorgeous!The home is beautifully docorated and we had everything we needed. The location was great. Close to anything you could want. We would definitely go back.
