Great Vacation

Great location. Prompt response and resolution with property manager when there was an air conditioner issue. Would stay here again. Kids had a fabulous time and we were able to bring our dog as well!

Seahorse was great space for our family. Small minor issue at Check in but was resolved quickly and communication was great. A/C worked great and brand new fridge. Have used other rental companies and Warren beach rentals has been the best. Highly recommend this house and rental company.

Our family group of 9 was extremely happy with the Seahorse. The house was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own rooms and spread out. All of the facilities were as advertised and very clean. Views from the property are excellent and parking is plentiful. Will definitely book this property in the future.

Priceless!

Two and a half months of fun. We were surprised at the weather, the quiet streets, Christmas decorations, and loads of fireworks on the beach. We were able to host large families, host many friends and just enjoy the beauty. The hotels were far enough away that we didn’t get into the weekend busyness. Thank you, WBR, for giving us a discount for the multiple week rental.

Best set up for families and friends

We were looking for a place that could accommodate our family, my teenagers and their friends, and my parents. This was perfect!! Everyone had room to spread out but also spaces big enough for us ALL to hang together too!! Right on the sand-can’t get any closer! And the hot tub was a hot too. Place was perfectly clean and ready for us! Had everything we needed. We cook a lot and the kitchens had what we needed including blenders and crockpot!! Totally recommend and will stay again!!

Can't beat that location

The location and proximity to the beach are the biggest selling points of this home! Our group took early morning walks on the beach, spent hours on the patio just listening to the waves while enjoying warmth from the firepit at nights. We practically had a private section of the beach during spring break time. The home is very spacious and furnished with a beach vibe. The patio upstairs is perfect for watching sunsets. Maintenance company was timely in response to our urgent queries and requests. Kids spent all their free time in the spacious sunroom. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

More than we imagined!

Beautiful weather. A minute from the water. It was nice to watch our grandchildren at the beach from the house. Perfect for our 15 family members. Loved the new bathrooms. The hot tub was clean and big enough for the 6 adults. We were allowed to bring our small dog. Walking her was easy with a private road in front. The gated parking was great for our motorcycles. Warren Beach Rentals brought us extra towels even some beach towels. We will miss coffee early on the balcony and wine at sunset. Can’t wait to come back!

Such a great home!!

This was the perfect home for our large family vacation, plenty of space for cousins and adults to gather. Everyone had their own rooms (comfortable beds) and bathrooms (which were updated and very clean, nice water pressure). The back porch, sunroom & balcony, were awesome gathering spaces to visit and play games, but the best part was being able to just walk right onto the beach. The beach never got crowded or busy, during spring break, which was great. And if we felt like we wanted privacy we could just sit on the back porch and still see the ocean but not see the people on the beach. We loved it! So close to all the shopping (Target & Walmart for groceries) and restaurants. good wifi, netflix for movies, stocked kitchen, nice beach chairs, everything we needed. Great communication from management. We had no complaints, we'll be back.

Like a Mullet

Party in the back business up front. The beach is amazing. It was quiet and beautiful! We went during spring break week and the streets were hopping at night-the teens loved it. But, it felt a little unsafe at night. The street with all of the shops nearby didn't have a sidewalk and there is trash littered everywhere. (not sure if the spring breakers trashed it or if it's always like this). However, from the beach side it was paradise! But, the kids didn't notice a thing. It did feel unsafe for my 14 year old daughter and her friend to walk alone. When we walked behind them they were getting cat calls, it was gross. Again, not sure if spring break brought in weirdos. The house itself was great! Two houses on one lot-which helped our families spread out. The front house is great because you can just walk outside, not steps and there is the beach. The back house has an amazing deck that we spent a lot of time on, it's great for people watching and sunsets. We loved having different places to sit and watch the water and the kids. The back house is more updated than the front, but it didn't really matter, they both had everything we needed. We were not near any hotels, so I think that's why the beach was so empty, it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves at times. The rental company was great too!

Fantastic Family Fun!

The Seahorse was a fantastic destination for our recent beach vacation. We loved the beautiful decor and spacious accommodations that easily fit our large party. We were right on the water and loved watching the sunset each night from the comfortable patio. The Seahorse is just steps from the beach and we loved that we were able to watch the kids enjoy the sand and sun from the patio. They also loved the huge hot tub and playing in the spacious outdoor areas. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and we were able to cook for the family when we felt like a night in. We loved our cozy movie nights, games around the big table, and watching the world pass by from the top deck. This stretch of PCB feels private and we felt like we were in our own little oasis. We will definitely be returning!
