This beautiful home is the perfect place for you and your group as you vacation at the Delaware Beaches! This home is close to both downtown Lewes and downtown Rehoboth Beach with easy access to many nearby beaches. You will discover great boutique shops, local eateries, arts, entertainment, and breweries in the downtown areas. Find yourself in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a tennis and swimming pool facility across the street.

Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light. The open and airy concept throughout promotes togetherness and great conversation. Cozy up by the fireplace with a good book or host a movie night on the large TV in the living area. The group's chef will love preparing meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with all the counter space you could ever want. The main bedroom is comfortable and spacious, boasts ample storage, and an elegant en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The back porch is excellent for watching sunsets, and the firepit is perfect for telling ghost stories and watching the stars come out.

THINGS TO KNOW
Access to the Dave Marshall Tennis & Fitness Center (including a seasonal pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and Pilates classes) is available for a nominal fee of $20/day per person or $200/week for a family of 5. (Payable on-site.) The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
