ABOUT CIELO DE MARINA:
The Villa "Cielo de Marina" is a traditional Mallorcan villa with a typical local construction. It is located above a hill in the bay of Pollenca with beautiful views of the sea. Every morning you can watch the sunrise there.

The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with palm trees, rhododendron and other native plants. From everywhere you have a magnificent view of the bay of Pollenca.

The villa is built from the traditional Marés Majorcan stones, which give the villa a warm tone. The interiors are all provided with natural colors.

The spacious entrance hall leads to a spacious dining room. This is connected to the living room via an arch. Through several patio doors leads from these two rooms directly onto the terrace overlooking the bay.

The country-style kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking, preparing and sitting. It is also connected to the terrace through a patio door. Here, in the shade of a pergola, is a large dining table with Majorcan tiles. In addition, the former refectory offers a stone-built barbecue and a large round stone table. This place is ideal for a shady breakfast or al fresco dinner.

The villa offers space for 10 people with its five bedrooms with two beds each. The two bedrooms on the ground floor and the two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The master bedroom upstairs with a large double bed has a private bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the bay of Pollenca. Four of the five bedrooms have a view of the sea.

The villa has a private pool with a sun-kissed area and plenty of seating and lounging. The stunning 12 x 5 meter pool is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden.

The golf course of Pollenca is within walking distance. The sandy beaches of Puerto Pollenca and the crystal clear waters of Cala San Vicente are just a short drive away.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Please note that a tourist tax may be charged for the rental of the villa in the Balearic Islands. In this case, this will be picked up on arrival by a member of the villa upon arrival. The standard price for adults (16 years and older) between May and October is 2 EUR per person per night (1 to 9 nights) and 1 EUR per person for each additional night (10% VAT). There is a 75% discount between November and April
