The house is located directly on the beautiful Danube, embedded in a beautiful spacious garden on a 1700 sqm plot.
Spend your holiday in a spacious house with about 270 sqm. The house has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2 fitted kitchens.
The property is about 10 km away from the beautiful riverside town of Passau in the immediate vicinity of the Danube Bike Path.
The Markt Obernzell is a state-recognized resort and former summer residence of the Passau bishops.

Location,location, location

Do yourself a favor and book this place for a group vacation, then come and go for side trips to dozens of destinations nearby, and access miles of biking and hiking trails in walking distance. Three great local food and drink spots in walking distance too, and lots of others within a fifteen minute drive. Local bus service too. Or, just relax at home inside, on the grounds, or sitting on the spacious veranda and balcony. The best of Central European city and country life in one spot. The home and grounds are clean and comfortable; sleeps eight easily in four spacious bedrooms. Second floor has a fully updated kitchen with high-end Miele brand induction stovetop and double oven for those who like to cook in. Good communication with host. Terrific value.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben ein grosszügiges, gut ausgestattetes Haus in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Hier haben wir sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Auch bei Regenwetter haben wir uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig und liegt traumhaft schön direkt an der Donau.

Schöne Urlaubswoche in einem sehr schönen Haus.

Wir,3 Pärchen über 50, haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Garten mit Terasse ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und informativ. Das Objekt kann nur weiterempfohlen werden.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem tollen Garten in einer wunderbaren Gegend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Ruhe im Garten und der Ausblick auf die Donau waren herrlich entspannend.
