The neighborhood was run down with junk in yards and trash everywhere. Upon entering the property we noticed several things that were a little disturbing. The back patio door hinge was completely ripped off, the ceiling exhaust fan was filthy, and the stain on the floor was very noticeable. I know it is hard to keep a white couch clean, but this needs a bleach! After staying the first night my son went to get a clean towel, and it was stained yellow. Not sure who helps with pricing or the cleaning, but this was definitely not worth the price.

Sarasota Bungalow

This house was very clean and well equipped. We were able to move in and make it our home for a month. Jonathon was very attentive to our questions, and an excellent host. The house is also close to area attractions and travel was a breeze.
