Welcome to The View, Malibu. A tranquil retreat, where every sunset is like experiencing a live work of art.

During the day, enjoy watching native birds, try to spot dolphins or surfers and enjoy the afternoon barbequing and relax by the pool or on the outdoor sofa overlooking the ocean.

At night, get the firepit started and relax with some wine on the outdoor sofa under the stars.

This is the perfect, secluded place to enjoy precious time with friends and family from sunrise till sunset.

Featuring breathtaking ocean views from this contemporary 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath home with pool and private gated entry.
(please note: the 2nd bedroom is an open plan design and doesn't have a door for privacy and is shared with the 3rd loft style bedroom.. Price is reflective of this). *Please ask if you have any questions about the floor plan.

The open floor plan living room and kitchen areas feature stunning ocean views, high ceilings, stone flooring, fireplace with ledger-stone façade, view inspired doors and windows leading out to the ocean view patio and kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry.

This home is the perfect blend of indoor outdoor living featuring a large pool area with jacuzzi and waterfall feature, BBQ, outdoor dining table with fire features, patio sofa, lush manicured grounds and stunning views of the coastline to enjoy.
The designer bathroom includes a free standing tub and extensive shower.
Parking enough for 3 vehicles.

This home is also located in the gated Trancas Highland community. Only a short distance to Trancas center for shopping and groceries, and the famous Zuma Beach!

Other things to note:

WE ARE OFF THE GRID - meaning we ship all our water and gas up on trucks. Because of this we kindly ask you to be water and gas conscious. If using the pools Jacuzzi, please tun it off when finished to preserve gas. If left on day and night, you do run the risk of running out and will have to pay the emergency call out fee.

* There is a $100 fee per extra guest, past 6 guests.

* This home has multiple baby gates available and a pack n play if needed.

* We are pet friendly (please notify the host a little about your furry family member, prior to your stay). There is a $100 cleaning fee per pet.

* Cameras. We have 2 outdoor security cameras. One at the entry and the other over the pool equipment. They are never viewed unless an incident occurs.

FIRE TABLES.. Never EVER leave any open flames or BBQ unattended! *Please turn off any fire pits or BBQ when not in use. We are in a high fire zone.

Good Place Good Title

The view is exactly what you pay for here. It’s not the biggest place or the nicest I’ve ever stayed in but it’s all about the view. We even saw whales. It was cold so we didn’t go outside much but we got exactly what we needed out of it. There is only one bathroom which is a bit challenging and if I could give thee property 4.5 stars I would for certain reasons. Like a few things being dirty. Overall great place great hosts.

Memories for a Lifetime!!

This was without question the best stay our family of 6 has ever had at a property anywhere in the country. The pictures online were incredible but the ocean views in person were far more than we ever could’ve imagined. Spectacular! Not only is the property stunningly beautiful, updated, spotless and perfectly equipped, but the pool, hot tub, fire pits, palm trees, night lightning (inflatable swans that light up in the pool) and overall amenities were 5 Star. Shauvon responded instantaneously to every question and provided precise instructions regarding each and every detail. Thank you Shavon for an incredible experience. Our kids are all grown up and this is the first spring break we’ve all been able to enjoy together as a family for years. One that we will never forget!!!

They weren’t kidding when they names it “The View”

This house is amazing! The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the view cannot be beat! The house had everything that we needed, and the pool and jacuzzi was exactly what all of us needed! Great communication with our host, super comfy beds, they have thought of everything that you would need to make your stay at this beautiful home the perfect vacation spot!

Why they chose this property

I have traveled the world, and stayed many places and can honestly say this is such a relaxing, tranquil space.. Malibu is magical! I love watching the birds from the patio, overlooking the ocean.. We get some really large raptors souring around. Sometimes I have spotted dolphins, yet to be sure if I've seen a whale, but I'm sure they're out there.
If you get lucky and catch a full moon reflecting over the ocean.. it's just as stunning as the sunsets.
