The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Your cottage consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 40 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On colder days your cottage can be heated with electric heating, central heating and underfloor heating. The entrance leads over a 40 sqm terrace and a 20 sqm balcony directly in the kitchen living with lounge and doors to all rooms. Rustic Enough space. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen 20 sqm and with dinette, stereo system and radio. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 10 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (60 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 6 sqm and with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and 1 baby bed and TV.

Rennweg am Katschberg, 1200 m above sea level. The hut is located in a holiday complex, on a 6000 sqm open garden plot with lawn and shrubs. The house offers comfort and amenities on two floors and 40 m2 for 2 - 4 people. Wonderful view of the surrounding mountain scenery. The house is situated on the sun terrace of the Katschtal valley. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted, length 600 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Car park (for 7 cars) on the property.
