This place is my vacation home that I rent while is available and I am not in town.

You will have entire apartment space at your disposal, fully renovated that give you a luxurious experience while you enjoy the best view of Panama City. Maid cleaning service is provided for reservations over 15 days, guests require to give access to keep the property in good condition.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure all airconditioner units are turned off.
Be sure all remote controllers are in place.
Please be sure to leave the two sets of keys in same place where you find it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Pool hours are form 8:00am to 8:00pm. Shower off before to come back to the building; cannot walk in swimsuit clothes outside of the pool area.
When use the pool before going up you must be dry and dressed. Fines will be imposed by the building administration if not comply with these rules.

Spacious and well furnished. Great central location. Lacking some basics in the kitchen but that is any easy fix.

Thank you for being a good guest. The apartment is only set up for 5 persons, but sometimes accepted exceptions as in this reservation and allow more guests in the property and probably that is the reason why kitchens utensils became not enough for more that the regular accepted guests.

Owner is on top of everything!! Plenty of space, clean, air conditioning in all rooms, apartment personnel was attentive and polite, location is the best. Highly recommended.

A lovely property with a nice pool. The guards and staff of the building were very attentive. For check in, they were very careful about security, so make sure you have your passports ready. We had to contact the owner so the guards would let us in the first time.

We loved the apartment and Lorraine was awesome to deal with! The apartment had so much space. The bedrooms were comfortable with great A/C ! The kitchen is huge with all the appliances you would need! We were surprised to see a dishwasher too! The laundry room was very nice! The condo has a balcony which we loved and sat out on a daily basis to start the day and in the evening. The view of the city is spectacular! The pool is big and plenty of loungers. We loved our stay here! Lorraine was so kind and understanding with our needs! If you have a large group this is a great option.

This booking is a complete nightmare!!! Thanks to Vrbo we were able to get out money back. The listing is a scam. We arrived to angry people at the gates saying we were not welcomed to be staying at the condo. Turns out this listing is not Vrbo friendly and the only people that can stay there is the owner. Please do not book this listing and save yourself the headache of getting a hotel last minute in a foreign country!

Beautiful property. We had an issue w/ the key code and had some delay in contacting the owner but once contacted took immediate action. I don’t know that we’ll (my family) will ever understand the european type shower faucets but that to was resolved. Over all it was a great place, great location and we’d rent again.

Our contact was directly with the owner shortly after we booked the stay. She was helpful in every way. Her explanation of how to get to property, getting into property was very clear and made it all easy . Easy access to freeway if you drive, easy to live via Uber. Large mall with good restaurants , 10 mi away. 20 min maybe from airport, casco viejo . I wouldStay there again when I return to Panama for sure if available.

This is a beautiful condo, plenty of space and nicely decorated. Had a few misshapes but nothing that would deter me from renting again because they were not caused by the owner. Can't attest to how well furnished is the kitchen because we never cooked there but it seemed to have everything needed. Rooms are spacious, great closets and mattresses were in good shape. Communication was easy and clear from the start. Keys were handed to us immediately and everything was ready when we got there. Mall was within walking distance as well as dinning options. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.
