Very nice rental experience. We’ve been to the New Buffalo area many times but never stayed this close to the water. The condo is roomy, clean and well appointed. We rented during a span of glorious Fall weather in mid-Oct, and we loved the location within walking distance of both the beach and the main drag of the downtown area. Sunsets from the balcony were pretty spectacular. Our Hostess was very responsive to a few questions we had. Note, the property is literally in the middle of a big marina operation, so I’m sure it would be much more lively in the summer, but it was pretty tranquil for our stay.

This a beautiful and comfortable apartment! The location is great: walked to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen to be well equipped. Melanie was a very helpful and responsive host. I highly recommend this great property!

Short walk to the beach- ideal!

Lovely stay, enjoyed the location and the property. My family of 2 kids and 2 adults found the property to be comfortable and not too big, not too small. We had a great stay thanks to a short walk to the New Buffalo beach and into town for dining and shopping.

Hi Ruth! We are sorry the doors had such an impact on your stay. We’ll take a closer look at the screen doors as the living room door was just upgraded. The doors still function but on our list to upgrade in the slower season - we haven’t had any other complaints and are up to code.
