About this property

Quiet home with mountain views & wildlife

Enjoy this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on the East side of Bozeman. There are three queen beds, two twin beds and a custom ladder stairway that leads to a loft where you will find a trundle bed composed of two additional twin beds. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub, and the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room are all fully equipped. The dining room is set up to seat 6, but can comfortably fit more with the leaf extensions and extra chairs. There is seating for four at the bar and a breakfast nook that also seats four.

There is a balcony off the back of the house with a BBQ and amazing mountain views.
The home backs up to a greenbelt where you’ll frequently see deer, fox and rabbits.

We have a private, key-less entry for no contact check in. There are three unit options available in this private home (1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom). Each unit has a separate, private entrance. This is the main level of the home.

You'll only be a few minutes away from Downtown Bozeman, Museum of the Rockies and Montana State University. There are nearby bike and walking trails along with parks. It's a short drive to Bridger Bowl, Hot Springs, Yellowstone National Park, Fishing, Rafting and all the things Montana has to offer.

Perfect house for a relaxing getaway
We had an amazing stay at this house and plan to come back again with even more family and rent out the other two units as well. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views of the mountains all around. We watched deer from the back deck every morning and night. The house is well stocked for cooking, cleaning, bathing, etc. and even has plenty of games and movies available. Jeni is a very responsive and friendly host. We can't wait to return!
