Large, new vacation apartment with lake and alpine view - 4+2 pers. (optional)

Welcome to Überlingen in the OT Aufkirch. One of the most beautiful vantage points on Lake Constance and the Alps.

This large 3-room apartment is located on the 1st First floor of a new apartment building. A rental is from 3 days (and from the 15th April 2020) possible and costs between 135, - and 150, - Euro / day depending on the main or low season.

There are: two double beds for max. 5 people, extra bed for baby available (10, - € / day), open kitchen with dining area, a bath / toilet with shower, bathtub and double sink, additional separate toilet, TV room, WiFi, covered balcony and garden terrace with children's playground, car - Parking space, pets allowed after consultation. Bed linen and towels are included

1 further room on the ground floor and for an additional 2 people can be rented for 50, - Euro / day.

The final cleaning costs 60 euros per stay and an intermediate cleaning is possible.

An original Thai massage can be ordered to the apartment.

Großzügige, moderne Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung, sehr geräumig, super gepflegt und vorzüglich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist okay etwas außerhalb von Überlingen, allerdings braucht man als Fahrradfahrer ein E-Bike. Der Blick auf den See ist etwas verbaut. Insgesamt haben wir zwei wunderbare Wochen verlebt.

Ferienwohnung in Aufkirch

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 1,5 km oberhalb von Überlingen und ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es wurde an alles gedacht und der Vermieter kam uns sehr entgegen, da wir unseren Aufenthalt terminlich leider nicht wie ursprünglich gebucht wahrnehmen konnten. Danke dafür nochmal, wir hatten dennoch eine sehr schöne Zeit im wunderschönen Überlingen am Bodensee!

Einfach prima

Wir wurden begrüßt mit regionalem Obst, Wasser und Wein. Die FeWo war sehr sauber und ordentlich! Uns fehlte es an nix! Das Bad war mit allem bestückt und die Küche war sogar mit Tee, Gewürzen, Geschirrspültabs usw. ausgestattet. Für Jung und Alt lagen Bücher, Spielsachen und Gesellschaftsspiele bereit. Der Vermieter war erreichbar und sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Tolle Wohnung, netter Vermieter und Top Lage

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Familie Reichel war super. Die Wohnung ist groß und in einem Top Zustand. Es befindet sich alles in der Wohnung, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Man braucht nichts mitbringen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns unsere Ankunft mit frischem Obst, einer Flasche Wein und eine Wasser versüßt. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage und einen schönen Blick auf den See und die Berge.
