The apartment is located in the village of Friesendorfes Borgsum. The cozy Fries village invites you on the march side for walks and bike rides, on the other hand, in a few minutes, the beaches of Nieblum and Utersum can be reached. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a bakery, a bicycle rental, a café and a restaurant and for our younger guests a playground. One of the most beautiful golf courses in Northern Germany (27-hole course) can be found approximately 5 km away. Further shopping and restaurants can be found in the neighboring village of Nieblum, just 2 km away.

The modern furnished apartment combines on approx. 65 m² modern comfort with historical ambience. The entrance hall leads to the open kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, oven / microwave) with adjoining living area. From here you have direct access to the protected west terrace with beach chair. Opposite the front door you will find another terrace with a beach chair.

On the first floor are the bathroom with shower room, a hallway and the bedroom with double bed and large closet. A staircase leads to another bedroom with two single beds. This loft area is designed as a cozy gallery.

The house has a shared washing machine and a tumble dryer.
