Approximately 41 m² apartment in the 1st. Upper floor of the splendid Art Nouveau villa.

The apartment is comfortable and modern equipped and consists of:

Combined living room / bedroom with a high quality Murphy bed (double bed with spring mattresses). The sofa beds were replaced in late 2018 by a folding and comfortable Murphy bed.

Kitchenette with dining table set.

Entrance hall, bathroom with shower.

Large south / west facing balcony in front of the living room.

The apartment has its own parking space.

Storage for bicycles are at the house.
Washer and dryer (for a fee) and clothes horse in the communal cellar.

Wi-Fi is available for free.

The Villa Friedericia is unique on the island Föhr; It is located in a 1200 sqm property with mature trees.

On the balcony you can relax in the sun, or welcome from here the day at breakfast with a view of the countryside and the stork nests.
Located in the quiet downtown area of Wyk, it is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and the promenade. In the immediate vicinity are the park at the mill, the seawater wave pool AQUAFÖHR and all shops, cafes and restaurants. The ferry port can also be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Storch-Beobachtung

Meine Mutter und meine Tochter (9 Jahre) waren 1 Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Sie waren begeistert von der Wohnung selbst, der Lage, der Ausstattung und vor allem der Möglichkeit, die Storchennester zu beobachten. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass es keine Teekanne gab. Vielen Dank auch für den verspäteten Empfang an der Wohnung, nachdem die Deutsche Bahn mal wieder die Anreise völlig vermasselt hatte!

Gesamteindruck gut. Abstellplatz für Fahrräder nicht optimal (Überdachung wäre wegen Tauben und Möven sinnvoll). Kfz Stellplatz Appartement 4 für grösse PKW zu eng.

Schöne Villa, schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Storchenpark

Alles in allem ein angenehmes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienappartement. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.

Top Lage nicht weit zum Strand und Promenade. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat das direkt neben uns ein Auffangstation für Störche betrieben wird, man konnte nicht mit offene Fenster schlafen.
