The more than 600 years old island village with its thatched houses and the most beautiful beach of the island Föhr is perfect for a relaxing holiday on a North Sea island. Here you can enjoy the sun during the day with a view of the neighbor islands Amrum and Sylt, and in the evening unforgettable sunsets.
In the North Sea Utersum you will find both a spa doctor and a spa house for year-round applications. The shops of the place cover the daily needs; Restaurants and cafes ensure your well-being and conviviality. And right here is your beautiful apartment in Jaardenhuug.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers about 80 m² enough space for 4 people plus toddler. The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a separate kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and freezer, a bathtub-shower, a living room with satellite TV and stereo. South terrace.

If required, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without content) and high chair free of charge. A parking lot is located directly at the house. The house Jaardenhuug 24 is centrally located to the center and about 500 meters from the fine sandy beach.

From now on you have free W-LAN (Internet) available in your Ferienwohung.

Die Lage war für unseren Urlaub ideal: Die Bushaltestelle fast vor dem Haus ist günstig für eine Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Einkaufen in Utersum ist zu Fuß problemlos möglich. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist auch mit zwei Kleinkindern gut zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Top! Wir kommen gern wieder. Die Ausstattung empfanden wir zwar als schön, aber viele Dekoartikel mussten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes in Sicherheit bringen, da kleine Kinder von solchen interessanten Dingen (die auch leicht kaputt gehen können) immer magisch angezogen werden. Sauberkeit: Leider haben offenbar einige vorherige Gäste den Hinweis zur Altglasentsorgung nicht beherzigt, dafür kann zwar der Vermieter nichts, aber den liegenden Haufen Altglas fanden wir sehr unschön. Wir haben alles Altglas ordnungsgemäß zum Glascontainer gebracht.

Die Einrichtung in Bad und Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht stört. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Der großzügige Außenbereich / Garten ist sehr gepflegt & lädt bei schönem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Lage und Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sind TOP! Der Strand befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man alles für den täglichen Bedarf findet. Die frischen Brötchen vom Landbäcker haben wir sehr genossen;) Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und waren auf der Insel auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen. Die Bushaltestelle ist beinahe vor dem Haus. Klar fahren die Busse nicht sehr häufig, dennoch kommt man mit etwas Planung perfekt von A nach B. Check - in und Check - out war völlig unkompliziert. Die MitarbeiterInnen von Mein Föhr Urlaub waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurzum: wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf der Insel und können die familienfreundliche Unterkunft Jaardenhug 24 EG nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Es war das zweite Mal, dass wir bei "Mein Föhr Urlaub" gebucht haben und wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Speziell diese Unterkunft hat eine hervorragende Lage. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt.

Unterm Strich haben die negativen Aspekte überwogen. Wir werden das Objekt nicht nochmals buchen.

Das Mietobjekt hatte gute und schlechte Seiten. Positiv: Das Wohnzimmer war renoviert und sympathisch eingerichtet. Der Garten ist sehr groß. Alle beschriebenen Geräte waren vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses war gut. Negativ: Die Badewannenränder und die Badezimmermöbel innendrin hatten Schimmel. Die Badezimmermöbel waren von der Feuchtigkeit teils aufgequollen. Die Heizkörper waren verrostet. Mehrere Lampen im Haus funktionierten nicht. Vor der Tür zum Raum mit der Waschmaschine war eine enorme Verschmutzung von Tieren (Kot und ähnliches von Vögeln). Der Balkon und die dortigen Blumenkübel wirkten verwahrlost. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr unerfreulich. Trotz schriftlicher Buchungsbestätigung MIT Hunden wurde uns vor Ort mitgeteilt, dass die Hunde angeblich nicht mitgebucht worden seien und wir mussten nochmals für sie zahlen. Zuerst mit der Behauptung, unsere Buchungsbestätigung sei nicht verbindlich und später mit der Aussage, es habe ein Übermittlungsfehler von fewo-direkt an die Agentur gegeben, für den die Agentur jedoch nicht verantwortlich sei. Dieses Verhalten war unseriös und der telefonische Kontakt zum Chef unfreundlich. Hier hätten wir uns ganz klar mehr Professionalität gewünscht.
