VILLA BARONESSINA

Villa Baronessina is an exceptional design villa in Kaltern am See, South Tyrol. Distinctive architecture, integrated art, Italian designer furniture, high-quality materials and traditional craftsmanship define the unique character of the villa.

With approximately 200 m² of living space, Villa Baronessina accommodates up to 6 guests.

The spacious, light-filled main living room with dining area, open kitchen, comfortable lounge and fireplace is the heart of the villa.
Three terraces offer inviting spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings at any time of day.

GARDEN & POOL
A Mediterranean private garden with beautiful views across the vineyards towards the Dolomites.
The private pool is open from April through the end of October and can be heated upon request during this period. The hot tub is available year-round.
The property also features a private sauna, herb garden, outdoor grill and table football.

WINE & CUISINE
Kaltern is one of South Tyrol’s renowned wine regions, with numerous wineries and wine estates in the immediate surroundings.
Restaurants, traditional wine taverns, Italian cuisine and fine dining are all within easy reach.

Villa baronessina is a most beautiful property. It had all the facilities you could ever want. It is ideally placed so close to the town centre yet completely private. Kaltern is an amazing town with lots going on. Claudia was a delightful host and communication was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you :)

Einfach traumhaft

Es war eine perfekte Urlaubswoche. Ein tolles Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Die direkte Nähe zum Stadtkern und die schöne Lage waren wunderbar. Immer wieder gerne! Sehr angenehme Vermieter haben das Bild abgerundet. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal da.

Sehr schön!

Das Haus ist sehr schön! Es hat alles gepasst. Man gelangt durch die Hintertür direkt auf einen großen Spielplatz und die Altstadt Kaltern. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir waren mit Allem sehr zufrieden!

Immer wieder gerne!:-)

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der Fussgängerzone von Kaltern. Wer mit Kindern reist, kann sich an einem tollen Spielplatz direkt vor dem Hauseingang erfreuen (keine Angst für kinderlose, man hört nicht den ganzen Tag Kindergeschrei;-)!). Wir haben unsere Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen und kommen sicherlich wieder!
