Welcome to Morsarvet af Sjöfälla – a beautiful estate in the Småland Highlands, right on the shore of Lake Lillnömmen. Here you’ll find peace, nature, and the charm of the Swedish countryside with swimming, fishing, and your own private beach and jetty just outside the door.

The property includes two houses that are rented together, making it ideal for families or friends who want to spend a holiday together while still having their own space. If you wish to rent only one of the houses, please contact our service staff. The houses share a 6,000 m² garden and park area with plenty of room to relax, play, and enjoy the outdoors.

Morsarvet af Sjöfälla is perfectly located for both tranquility and adventure. You can take long walks through forests and fields, enjoy a sauna by the water, or rent a boat to explore the lake. The estate is also a wonderful base for activities such as biking, mountainbiking, canoeing, riding, golf, skiing, and more.
