Our house is located in the middle of the forest town of Prüm. It was completely renovated, high quality and lovingly furnished.

We offer you a cozy, spacious and luxurious stay on more than 300 square meters of living space. The premises of the house are spread over 2 floors with an attached wellness area.

The wellness area offers a swimming pool, a spacious sauna and a winter garden on more than 100 square meters.

Here you can forget everyday life and relax in a cozy atmosphere.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with an open sideboard to the dining room. This means that even large groups can cook together.

The spacious living room with open fireplace invites you to a cozy get-together.
The attached men's room offers the ideal place to play billiards and drink whiskey.

The price includes towels, bath towels, bathrobe as well as electricity, water, heating, free WiFi and final cleaning.

Fantastic house

Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!

Das Haus hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Es übertrifft in natura noch die Beschreibung und Fotos. Es ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert und, da wir Weihnachten dort verbracht haben, haben wir uns ganz besonders über den Tannenbaum im Wohnzimmer und die wunderbare Weihnachtsdeko gefreut. Insbesondere den Wellnessbereich haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen als Familie sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie

Wir waren mit vier Generationen in dem tollen Haus. Die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel. Sauna und Pool haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Da das Wetter nicht gut war, haben wir uns viel im Haus aufgehalten. Dadurch, dass so viel Platz ist, war es trotz der großen Anzahl der Personen schön entspannt. Check-in und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war reibungslos und nett. Es gab eine große Anzahl verschiedener Handtücher, Aufgussmittel für die Sauna, Spielzeug und Bücher für die Kinder, eine kleine Bibliothek, einen super Grill, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Uns allen hat es der gut gefallen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung pur

Toller Aufenthalt mit Erholungsgarantie. Wir sind mit 2 Familien angereist und Kindern aller Altersklassen. Es war mehr als genug Platz und die Anzahl ist kaum aufgefallen. Die Villa ist liebevoll dekoriert ohne den Charme zu verlieren. Ein großer Esstisch lädt zum gemeinsam Essen ein. Ein weiteres Highlight zum Pool und der Sauna ist der Kamin an dem abends entspannt, geredet oder einfach nur laufender Musik gelauscht werden kann. Der Billardtisch rundet das Ganze ab als Spaßfaktor für groß und klein. Der Pool wurde natürlich täglich genutzt und man kann direkt im Poolhaus duschen. Die Liegen sind dann im Anschluß zum Entspannen mit Blick nach draußen heiß begehrt. Schön fanden wir auch, dass alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 500m erreichbar sind (Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Lidl) aber auch Bäcker und Eiscafe. Wenn man aber dann mal keine Lust hat zu kochen kann man auch die Liefermöglickeiten der Umliegenden Restaurants nutzen oder einfach vor Ort essen. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für Groß und Klein sind ebenfalls mit dem Auto zeitnah zu erreichen. Alles in allem schöne Tage mit der Familie verbracht und das Ganze mit einem Grillabend auf der großen Terrasse abgeschlossen. Wer nicht unbedingt auf neumodernen Kram steht und mehr auf Charakter und Charme verbunden mit Luxus ist hier genau richtig.
