About this property

Apartment to relax and feel good

Surrounded by wonderful hiking areas and the cities of Kulmbach and Bayreuth in beautiful nature, 70sqm are waiting to relax and feel good.
The apartment is located on the first floor and was renovated in 2018 and furnished with love.
In addition to a dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, the kitchen has a coffee machine and a kettle.
Both bedrooms offer two single beds, which can also be used as a double bed.
One of the two bedrooms has a balcony with table and 2 chairs, the other bedroom has 2 comfortable armchairs for reading and relaxing.
We can provide a travel cot and high chair for our little guests.
In addition to these two rooms, there is another room to get together, here is a dining table, a sofa bed and a television.
The apartment is rounded off by the brand new shower room.
Kulmbach is about 5 km away and Bayreuth can be reached in about 20 minutes.
Pets can be brought after consultation as we have 2 cats.

To find us better:
We live in a small 80 town called Heinersreuth. Our place name is also the street name, because here the houses are only numbered.
Right next to our house, there is a free gravel parking lot where you can park independently and comfortably. This parking space is directly connected to our basic support on the front door side.

Ruhige, schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne, moderne Wohnung die alles hatte was wir brauchten. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Diverse Wander- und Fahrradwege starten fast direkt vom Haus aus. Verschiedene Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Für uns war das perfekt. Zu erwähnen ist noch die sehr ruhige und naturnahe Lage. Wir können die Wohnung ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Ferienwohnung in ruhigere Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und sauber, es ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Am Dorfrand sieht man aus der Wohnung in Wiesen und Wald. Die Gegend bei Kulmbach eignet sich gut für Wanderausflüge, Radtouren, es gibt Badeseen in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen unkomplizierten schönen Aufenthalt.

Moderne Wohnung in idyllischer Umgebung

Unser erster Urlaub mit FeWo-direkt sollte uns nach Regensburg und Kulmbach führen. Bei der Buchung für Kulmbach war ich noch unsicher, ob es ein Wagnis wäre, eine Wohnung "so weit draußen" zu nehmen. Aber die Wohnung stellte sich als echter Glücksgriff heraus. Die Wohnung liegt idyllisch im Grünen. Für einen Städter war es beeindruckend, wieviel Ruhe man genießen kann. Wir durften die neue Terasse mitnutzen und haben abends lange draußen gesessen und einfach den Abend genossen. Schon die Ankunft und Begrüßung gestaltete sich absolut unkompliziert und problemlos. Bei der Ankunftszeit zeigten sich die Gastgeber sehr flexibel, so dass wir entspannt anreisen konnten. Die Wohnung war super komfortabel und gleichzeitig sehr modern eingerichtet. Alle nötigen Geräte waren vorhanden und sehr modern. Als besonderes Schmankerl stellten die Gastgeber Kaffebohnen. Unser Aufenthalt war kurz aber höchst entspannend. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und vor allem die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Sogar Kaffeebohnen standen bereit! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
