We really enjoyed our stay at the Pettigru house. The location is in walking distance of many of the things Greenville has to offer! Jessica and team were very responsive and assured we had everything we needed. We were celebrating birthdays and appreciated the team went the extra mile to get us a cake from a local bakery! Check in and check out were smooth as well.

This house was perfect. It had everything we needed and every room was beautiful. Staying here Made our first visit to Greenville truly enjoyable! The location is walking distance to the arena and swamp rabbit trail. I really appreciated the coffee (!) and easy keypad on door and easy checkout. This is our favorite place!

Absolutely loved this property! House was adorable and extremely clean; had everything we needed for our stay, and plenty of parking. The house is close enough to downtown that we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants; yet situated on a quiet street where we could enjoy peaceful visits on the front porch. Neighbors were quiet and kind, we always felt safe in this area. Super easy check-in/check-out with great communication from host. We will definitely be staying here again!

FANTASTIC property, just rent it!!! We stayed at the house for 3 nights for a family wedding. Family of 4 staying with grandparents and everyone had a wonderful time in the house. Location is a five minute drive to downtown, two mins to Publix and a 10 minute walk to the Bon Secors Wellness stadium for a last minute concert! I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting a well appointed peaceful place to stay while visiting GVL.

We were in Greenville to celebrate the marriage of our daughter. The house was in the perfect location, communication was excellent with the property owners, and the listing was accurate to the accommodations. The home was clean, well stock kitchen, plenty of linens, and so comfortable for our family. The front porch is fabulous for coffee and meals. We had a perfect stay.

Best rental I’ve stayed at in years. Every single person in our group (8 total) absolutely loved this place. Wish we could have stayed a few more nights. The coffee station was lovely, the beds and linens were amazing and the decor was stunning. Highly recommend.

Family Wedding Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable for all seven of us. The beds are very comfortable.I highly recommend this property, and with the proximity to downtown Greenville, it is a home run!
