Welcome to your holiday home on the south beach. The apartment with 2 separate bedrooms near the beach leaves nothing to be desired.
The comfortable apartment with 65m² offers enough space for a maximum of 4 people. The living space is divided into 3 rooms, of which 2 rooms are separate bedrooms. The apartment also offers a large sanitary and a cozy living area in which a modern fitted kitchen has been integrated. There is also a parking space for your car on the property.
The house was built in 2003, consists of 4 apartments and is pleasantly quiet and yet centrally located within the wonderful Baltic Sea resort Sellinie, less than 250 meters from the sandy south beach on the Baltic Sea and barely 150 meters from the "Inselparadies" leisure pool. You can reach both with the free shuttle of the Selliner Bäderbahn if required. It runs every 30 minutes. You will also find the center of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin with its promenade, shops and boutiques after just a few meters.
