This special top-floor, end unit, getaway is adjacent to a large, sparkling gem of a swimming pool, is a 5 minute walk from a pristine 13-mile stretch of white sand beach (watch out for sleeping sea turtles!), close to multiple tennis courts, and surrounded by scenic trails for hiking and biking!
The classic Pete Dye Oak Marsh Golf Course, the Spa at Omni Amelia Island Resort, as well as the Palmetto Walk Shopping Village (with fabulous restaurants and tempting retail therapy) are close by. If you want to venture outside the gated grounds, you’re a 15 minute drive from the bustling historic district of Fernadina Beach, the Amelia Island Lighthouse, the beautiful Timucuan Ecological and Historical Preserve, some of the best seafood restaurants in the world, and the unforgettable Fort Clinch State Park with its fascinating historical reenactments.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Treehouse in Amelia Island! The condo was very clean, completely stocked up with everything we needed and wanted, very comfortable, and the location was excellent. The hosts were wonderful and kind and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun beach trip. We cannot wait to come back!!

Clean, host was great with communication (even replaced a cracked coffee carafe for us the same day), location was wonderful. We enjoyed many walks on the paved paths throughout the plantation. Beach was a 5-6 min walk. Would definitely stay here again!
