If you want to venture outside the gated grounds, you’re a 15 minute drive from the bustling historic district of Fernadina Beach, the Amelia Island Lighthouse, the beautiful Timucuan Ecological and Historical Preserve, some of the best seafood restaurants in the world, and the unforgettable Fort Clinch State Park with its fascinating historical reenactments.

Jill and Jed’s “treehouse” was absolutely wonderful! It had such a nice homey feel. They supplied everything we needed, and everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. They were very responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend to others!

Outstanding visit

We had a wonderful time on Amelia Island. This property is in a great location .. very close to the beach and the plantation shops. The unit is very nicely decorated and communication with the owners is outstanding both before and during the visit.
