Wake up in the morning and go straight to the beach! The beautiful Baltic Sea and the center of Scharbeutz are only 300 meters away. Despite the central location, the apartment offers you a quiet environment in the residential area and the perfect retreat after a long day at the beach. Restaurants and a bakery are only a few minutes' walk away.

The maisonette has three rooms and two bathrooms. On the lower floor you will find a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa. The Flat TV won't let you miss any episode of your favorite series even on vacation. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows you can reach a south-facing balcony. Perfect for lunch in the fresh air! Integrated into the living area, you have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The bathroom on this floor will especially please bathtub fans. On the upper floor you will find a bedroom with a very large double bed (2 meters wide) and another flat screen TV. The second bedroom offers two single beds. Here you can not only enjoy fun game duels on the PS3, but also catch a glimpse of the beautiful Baltic Sea. The upper bathroom has a shower.

No matter if romance or gamble. In this apartment everyone gets their money's worth. 3 flat screen TVs are available in the living room and in the two bedrooms. A PS3 and WiFi complete the offer.
Design & style
The apartment is bright and friendly. The space was used optimally and the apartment has been lovingly decorated. The large bathroom in particular impresses with its Mediterranean flair.
Parking & bicycles
So that you can spend your time on the beach rather than looking for a parking space, there is a free parking space behind the house. Your bikes can be stored in the in-house bike cellar.

Sehr nette und Kompetente Verwaltung. 45 Stufen bis ins Zimmer sind gut um das gute Essen im Ort abzulaufen :-)

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Sehr schön eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Es war alles da, was man braucht und auch womit man in einer Ferienwohnung nicht unbedingt mit rechnet (sogar ein Waffel- und Bügeleisen). In 3 Minuten bis zum Strand gelaufen und um die Ecke ein nettes griechisches Restaurant. Aber auch sonst sehr viele Lokalitäten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Service vor Ort war auch gut und die Mitarbeitenden sehr nett. Ein kleines Problem mit einer Steckdose morgens gemeldet und nachmittags schon behoben. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank
