Enjoy summer in the Hamptons! This 1,120 square foot cottage is located in the heart of Westhampton Beach Village. An easy .5 mile walk into town where there are many stores and restaurants for you to enjoy. It’s only 1.6 miles to Rogers Beach, which is located on Dune Road where you can enjoy summer days. The house is 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths with a heated gunite pool. House was completely renovated top to bottom in 2021. Come see what Westhampton Beach has to offer!

Why they chose this property
Our house is centrally located in the heart of Westhampton Beach Village. Short distance into town where there are plenty of restaurants and stores for you to explore. Our house has beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and kids beach toys for you to use. House is kid and dog friendly.
What makes this property unique
This is the third year we are renting out our house. The house was completely redone three years ago top to bottom. Also has brand new gunite pool and a new outdoor shower.
