About this property

Newly remodeled home in Neptune Beach is located just steps away from the ocean and beach access. This home has a one car garage and multiple outdoor spaces for relaxing. Plenty of room for your surfboards and toys!

Inside features an open concept living dining and kitchen area. Kitchen is updated and includes all cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc.. Comfortable living area that extends out to covered front porch just begging for reading, relaxing and people watching.

The dining area seats four plus an additional four at the kitchen island with bar stools. The dining room sliding doors lead out to back deck with space for grilling and an intimate table for two to enjoy morning coffee or that adult beverage in the evening.

The back deck leads out to one grass side yard with comfortable hammock.

Rounding out the inside are the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for sleeping. The primary bedroom has king sized bed and tv with ensuite bath that has step in shower. The additional two guest bedrooms share the hall bath with tub.

There is also an additional side yard that features a fenced in gravel area making it a great spot for bocce ball or other games.

This vacation home has a 30 night minimum stay, making it a great home for that extended vacation time, relocations, medical stay or corporate housing.
