Wonderful home and great location in Atlantic Beach, FL. Walking distance to beach and walking distance to town center restaurants and shops. This 3 bedroom/two bath home has a large family room with a wood burning fireplace. Updated kitchen with eat in area. Nice yard with driveway for plenty of parking. Private backyard with patio. Beautiful Howell Park is a short walk from home.

This property is a perfect match for snowbirds and others who are looking for a longer-term rental (3 months +) with a great location in Atlantic Beach.

"Beach House" in Town!

This property is comfortable and well maintained. The interior is bright and airy. Lots of windows allow the sun to shine in. The yard receives regular/weekly attention from professionals and always looks great. All mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) work well. While located on a somewhat busy street, the house is VERY quiet at all times indoors. The most important attribute of the property is its LOCATION! 5-10 minutes walking time is all that's required to get from the house to the beautiful beach on the ocean! Going in another direction, it's a 5-10 minute walk to the "Town Center" where a wide variety of shops and great restaurants can be found. Other opportunities and services are available in the larger City of Jacksonville, which is close by and accessible by car. The City of Atlantic Beach is a wonderful place to visit. Our stay in this particular house was very enjoyable. We highly recommend this property!
