In the hinterland of Crikvenica is this beautiful vacation home with pool. Although only a few minutes by car separate you from the sea and a variety of restaurants and summer offers, here you will enjoy the peace and quiet in a wooded and rural environment. Inside the refreshing pool there is a hydromassage area. Next to the cottage is a covered terrace with brick barbecue and above it there is a children's play area for the youngest guests. On the first floor, next to the cozy living area, you will find a local style tavern. In a few minutes by car you can reach the sandy beaches of Crikvenica, while a visit to the towns of Novi Vinodolski, Opatija and Rijeka is also recommended.

A perfect home!

This home was clean and comfortable. Very well decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The pictures don’t do it justice.

The house has many great features.

The house has many great features. The house is built in 2015, and is built with a professional style for being an old ancient house - very unique.The house is very big and you feel private being in the house. There are plenty of showers and bathrooms. We had an issue with the hot water, but I guess it is fixed by now.The pool and jacuzzi are great. A great place for kids. There are lots of sunbeds an shade / umbrellas.The kitchen is in the opposite direction of the cosy outside dining table which is a pity.The house is placed in the mountains, only five kilometers from the nearby city. The neighborhood is not that fancy as the house deserves.My suggestions for the host:There is a BIG barbecue, and it is very cosy. But it would be more efficient with a gas grill or Blackstone.I would also suggest the host to have more plates in the kitchen.Would we come back? I guess no, as the city and surroundings are not that great. But if you only need a great house, relaxing and many great features, then go for it.

Tolle Villa weit ab vom Trubel.Man kann in Ruhe das Klima genießen und ist ca. 10 Minuten vom nächsten Ort/Strand entfernt.Wenn durch den Wind Mal ein Schirm kaputt ging, war am nächsten Tag ein neuer da, es wurde sich umgehend um alles gekümmert.

Kurz und knapp:Ein Traum.

Kurz und knapp:Ein Traum. Die Fotos spiegeln die Tatsachen wieder. Im Gegenteil. Es ist noch hübscher. Des weiteren wurde die obere Terrasse und die Hofeinfahrt gefliest. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich. Egal was war, man wurde geholfen. P. S.: Da meine Frau am Anreisetag Geburtstag hatte, hatte ich gefragt ob ein Blumenstrauß als besondere Begrüßung aufgestellt werden kann. Gefragt: getan. Und der Strauß war herrlich schön. Auf diesem Wege nochmals herzlichen Dank
