The place was perfect for our family of 13 people. A wonderful location with access to a nice beach that was safe for the kids. A gorgeous area with lots to do within a short drive.

Perfect House

This is a perfect house for extended family vacations with plenty of room for everyone. The beach is close and the kids had so much fun playing in the lake.

This is a very large newer home with lots of space for a large group of travelers. Although the home itself is beautiful, it could use some TLC inside and out. There were broken chairs on the ground and 2 baby gates blocking the outside stairs. Not a welcoming appearance for guests! Upon check-in, we could not find any towels, at which time I called our host. He informed me that towels were not included! That would’ve been nice to know before booking. He directed us to a nearby Dollar General to purchase towels, where we had to spend over 100 to buy towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, coffee, etc. So bring your own supplies, as these are not included, or in short supply. The nearest Walmart is 45 minutes away. The next day I found 2 hampers of dirty bed linens and a few towels too, which I washed in the large newer washer and dryer. For a home in this price range that sleeps 14, we expected better amenities. On the plus side, the appliances are new and work well. The second refrigerator in the butler’s pantry is wonderful for entertaining a large group. The view of the lake from the balconies is spectacular, but marred by the broken vertical blinds on the doors. Many are unfortunately missing slats. Overall, this home suited our needs, but could definitely be improved upon with some attention to maintenance, amenities and better host communication!

The photos do not do the house justice! So much bigger than it looks. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable especially for our large family of 11 adults and two toddlers. The neighborhood is beautiful and a nice walk to all of the wonderful amenities offered! The host was very quick to answer any questions we had and was extremely helpful.

Always a fantastic time

As always we made amazing memories while staying at this house. We never have any issues and James is always a pleasure. We have made this property our go to for 2 trips a year. We love the house and everything about it. 5 stars all around!

Great Stay

A group of myself and co-workers stayed for a couple of weeks. House was very spacious and comfortable giving us space to both congregate and have our own space. James was very responsive and easy to comunicate. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make some fabulous dinners. We will book again if we are back in the area.

Family reunion

My husband and I, our 3 married children and our grandchildren-ages 10 months to 10 years stayed here for a week- the home was beyond perfect - so much room - 5 bedrooms, but 3 were master bedrooms with balconies - linens, bathrooms beautiful, all kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, beach chairs, a fire pit, and a kayak. Who could ask for more.

Beautiful home with all large rooms

The house was amazing. All the bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, and dining room were all very large rooms. There is a pantry with a second fridge that came in extremely handy. James was so easy to chat with and accommodating. We will be renting this home twice a year from now on! 10⭐️

Check in time is 5 not 4 as listed in VRBO. Bring your own sheet also. The sheets provided are sorry. They did not make up all the beds and we could not find sheets to fit the bunk beds for the kids. The house otherwise is nice and everything is new and 2 refrigerators is great. The host is very responsive and helpful. The dock for the boat is convenient and beach great. We had a great time and recommend this property. We give it 4.5 stars.

This large house was absolutely perfect to host us, the kids and the grandkids. Two full sized refrigerators. Plenty of cabinet space, seating, bathrooms and amenities for all. Short walk to the water and short walk or drive to the association’s private beach. The beach is shallow for a long way out making it perfect for the little ones. The house is in a nice peaceful location and you can hear the loons calling every night over the water. 100% would come again.

The house is clean and spacious!! Plenty of seating, and great front balcony porches.Huge kitchen snd 2 fridge!!You can walk (15min) or ride to great beach! Stores and activities nearby!! Plenty for the 6 kids to do, even with rain!!Central air was delightful!!Great week!! Bring kyaks or paddle boards and the beach is 2 min away!!

Great house for groups

Great location, great space, beautiful set up for a larger group. Hoping for linen supply next time post Covid. Confusion with the house keeper relayed to owner with immediate response. A little upgrade on utensils will help , with positive response from owner.This will be a popular choice ! I hope to rent in future !
