This beautiful apartment is located just 100 meters from the sandy beach of Grado. It is located on the second floor of a building and includes a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen in a separate room, a bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful covered balcony, ideal for outdoor dining. The area is well served: within 50 meters there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, a playground and other activities. The town of Grado has a beautiful sandy beach, suitable both for children who can play in the shallow water and for adults who can rent sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxation. For those who prefer to be active, canoes and pedal boats can be rented and beautiful excursions can be made. At a distance of 10 km is Aquileia with its archaeological excavations, and at 20 km is the Collio area, famous throughout Europe for its wines. The charming city of Trieste is only 54 km away and it is 130 km to the unique, romantic city of Venice.
