The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.

belle résidence, calme, parfait avec enfants. A 3 minutes de la plage. Boulangerie locale à 2 minutes. Un seul bémol lié au manque d'un kit de ménage à l'arrivée obligeant à acheter des produits d'entretien.

Op rustige locatie en 200 meter van boulevard een keurig verblijf. Alleen sanitair mag verbeterd worden wasbak in douch liep niet door en de douchekop hing los en is in gebruik dus erg onhandig Heerlijk zwembad en prachtig onderhouden tuin.
