The property was extremely clean. The host had total communication with us. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Close to nearby shopping. We somehow did not realize that the trash goes outside of the back. Gate, we could not find it. So I guess that was a little of our communication. Besides that factor the property was absolutely beautiful

Amazing Stay!

We had a lovely time staying at this location. Listing was super accurate of the amenities offered and the location is super convenient for exploring all of Lafayette. Highly recommend!

Awesome property just steps away from Cajun Field

Stayed here with my family for Mardi Gras. Apartment was nice clean safe and nicely decorated. Will definitely be staying there next year!

Relaxing stay in Lafayette

The townhouse is very clean with great amenities. It is located close to the Cajun Dome and everything you would need for your stay. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay and will book the property again without hesitation.

Clean home in great location!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at ULL and the town house was perfect for our family. It was clean, in a safe area, and it was very close to the university. Very convenient to many shop’s & restaurants

Perfect landing spot for Soccer tourney weekend

The property was very clean, quiet, attractive furnishings, and quite comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out with our two sons 14 and 7. So much better than a cramped hotel room. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equippped. Large washer and dryer which was nice as it was a rainy sloppy weekend out at the fields. Cafe Habana steps away was quite good and worked perfectly for our late arrival when exhausted Friday night. We will book here again.

It was a great stay. If we came back we go to the same place

The only thing we noticed was when you remove the air freshener from the wall in the living room it turns off the power of the stairs and the bathroom downstairs. Great place to visit I'd come back
